Federal W4 Tax Withholding Form
The federal withholding allowance certificate (W4) has changed significantly for 2020 and is in the same format for 2021. Employees do not have to complete a new W4 for 2021; however, any modification to existing forms on file will have to be made using the 2021 form for any change made or effective for Jan 1, 2021.
The KY employee withholding certificate for 2020 has changed to reflect a change in the standard deduction.
